All bookings with Prime Airport Car Services are made by call, text or the quote form. A booking is confirmed once we reply with a fixed price and driver details. Quotes are valid for the trip and date discussed.
Prices are fixed and agreed before travel and include the chauffeur, fuel and highway tolls unless stated otherwise. Additional stops, waiting beyond the agreed allowance, or route changes may adjust the fare, always agreed with you first.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may incur a charge to cover the driver’s time.
We take reasonable care to provide safe, insured vehicles and vetted drivers. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, road closures or force majeure. Passengers travel subject to applicable local transport regulations.
